This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).

What You Bring
Current studies in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
First practical HR experience through internships, working student positions, university projects, or similar opportunities
Enjoyment of working with data and solving problems
Curiosity, detail orientation, and interest in how things work
Comfort using Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in people, HR, and turning data into insights
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Confident English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
